Ensure proper maintenance of office and stores on
daily basis in assigned areas as requested by the hierarchy and in
compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
Inspect problematic areas, make recommendations, coordinate and/or conduct repair, improvements, installation, and maintenance
Inspect workmanship of installations in order to ensure conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects
Support the development of facilities policies, procedures and
processes and establish best practices methodology (such as in energy
management) in order to maintain retail chain and supporting functions
Manage schedules and all maintenance works and provide support
to the stores and the back office Assist in the management of the
maintenance team and contractors Prepare progress reports on facilities
maintenance projects
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
5 years of experience in a similar field
Previous experience in retail is a plus
Knowledge and effective use of the principles and processes of providing customer and personnel services
